Its been way too long since i last posted (in fact i cant remember the last time i posted to my own LJ??). Well first off sorry for that....unfortuantly real life got in the way and well kind of had to abandon certain sections of my life for a while (LJ being one of them). Work has been well work, lots of pressure and very busy, family - well that has been one of the major issues with me not being around....have had an uncle and an aunt who have been in and out of hospital for the last few months (and to make it worse my uncle lives on the other side of the world)and then add in my devotion to my beloved Reading FC...it all got on top of me and at one stage even made myself ill with it all....i just couldnt take much more and my body crashed!!!
Luckily things seem to be on the right side of the tracks now! so i can kinda relax abit more....but boy do i need my 2 weeks off at the end of feb!!! just need to crash out.
Guy problems have also been an issue lately....things are still weird with one of the guys..one minuite theres no contact and im fine and then theres loads of contact and i find myself not really knowing what to do! then theres someone who i thought things were finished with due to location and how things ended, but we've been talking recently and he even apoligised for how we ended things (which for him was a big thing, considering the circumstances). the thing is with him, we never stopped being friends...but he's my cousin's best mate, so things got difficult.....well like i said COMPLICATED!!!
For once it was nice to go to an away game at the weekend...went to stevenage away in the FA Cup and it was games like that, which make me love the FA Cup!!! the differences in teams in regard to the leagues they play in, but both teams wanted it as much as the other. All credit to Stevenage, who came right at us and pushed us all the way....but there was our guy of this season in Shane Long with the winner 4 mins from time!!!!! Que my lack of voice after the game!!!! was an amazing atmosphere and lovely to go back to an old school ground!!! Next round either Everton or Chelsea away......dont mind either (chelsea would be good because would set up alot of banter with mightypretty and cocky_toad, but would like to go back to goodison park too!)!
On the topic of football, one of the highlights of Jaunary and my very hectic last few months had to be finally getting a picture taken with 2 of my favourite Reading FC players.. Jay Tabb and Shane Long. Was slightly hyper for the rest of the day, which is unusual for me, especially as im up at the Mad Stad every home game and talk to alot of the players there! But credit to our boys as ive said before, they always stop, chat and sign for you no matter how many times you are up at the players enterence! :) :) Especially Tabby, who always has the time to talk for the fans!!! :) bless him..he's also going to try and get me a shirt by the end of the season!!!!!
so thats the footy covered..onto Febuary - I CAN NOT WAIT FOR THE 25th/26th - going to see Rupert Young's play on 25th and Colin Morgan's on 26th, with my partner in crime mightypretty!! (who is always with me in all things merlin related!). have never been so excited to see a couple of play's, but seriously can not wait for this! just what i need during my two weeks off... i think the only thing that would top it, was if Bradley was doing something too! then it would be complete! Saturday nights just arent the same without my weekly dose of Bradley/Colin/Rupert!
anyway i hope you have all forgiven me for being away for so long, will try not to leave it so long again!
