gone but not forgotten...
yes i am still alive! i know its been a while, but ive been having computer troubles for a while and its been driving me crazy! not sure how long the net is going to hold out, so im here for as long as it holds out!
work is crazy (well for me it is) its been really quiet this week (all kids back at school), but ive still got stacks to do! on earlies next week (going in for 7am! but on the plus side i get to finish early - 4 is the latest!). also becasue of the football being on sunday next weekend (last game of season! :() i am working on saturday, but that means i get monday off, so i can go to NORWICH!!! yay!!! thought i was going to have to miss it because sky moved it and had to work, but have managed to get monday off, so i can go! leaving at 2pm and probably wotn be back till about 2am! and then in work for 7, so means ill be up about 5am!!! mad i know, the things i do for my boys.
as for the football - well you all know whats been happening with Reading fc and in recent weeks, the preformances havent been great! ok to be honest ive been really worried! 0-0 against barnsley??WTF?? i wasnt happy (as were alot of people), but after the win on tuesday (Derby 0 Reading 2), there is abit more of a positive feel around the club! goals from Kitson and Long (Long does like scoring against derby 4 goals in last 3 games) put us back into 4th (on goal difference). it is all so close still and its going to go down to the last game of the season on May 3rd against Brum). We should have had 4 or 5 goals and believe me when we got 3 goals in the space of 8 mins dissallowed i thought it was going to be one of those games! but thank god we got the points.
Hopefully Doyle should be back for norwich and Murty is on his way back!! but doesnt look like Noel Hunt will be playing again this season, after picking up a fracture against Barnsley last saturday :( its a huge shame has hes had a great first season.
this weekend i tend to sleep and catch up on tv - ive got so much to catch up on its madness! ive got 4 tapes worth of shows to still see! i just havent had the time. also want to try and catch up on some reading - again this had suffered!
