Oster turns down Derby and joins Stoke....
Former Royals player John Oster has turned down a contract with Derby County and has now joined Stoke on trial!!! (he's gone to see Kitson!)
Oster rejects Derby County offer
Wales international John Oster has turned down a move to Derby County despite appearing in four of their pre-season friendlies.
Manager Paul Jewell told the club website: "We did offer John something but it wasn't acceptable to him.
"He's got other irons in the fire, so it's one we'll move away from now."
The 29-year-old winger has been without a club since leaving Reading at the end of last season but played a full 90 minutes for Derby last week.
So it looks like i might not be seeing Oster back at the Mad Stad next season :( :( not happy one bit. really thought he would sign for Derby if they offered him a contract! Personally im gutted, but fingers crossed he gets something to suit him soon!!!
