Its Christmas Eve finally!!

Finally its here!! Christmas although it still doesnt feel like it (i think its because Christmas Eve is on a Sunday this year, but im sure that once i wake up in the morning im sure it will feel like christmas!!

But the thought of santa coming down my fireplace tonight its abit weird - please santa can u send Kevin Doyle or John Oster instead (and John Terry to a friend of mine )

For the first time in 3 years I am spending christmas at home and cant wait. Its also my baby cousins first christmas so that makes it even more enjoyable! Boxing Day too will be fun for a change rather than staying with relatives that i dont get on with, i get to spend it with over 3000 Reading fans cheering in the royals against some other team called Chelsea! Im sure they will be able to hear us!!! Its the champions vs the champions round 2!!!(lets hope we can improve on the last few weeks) - we need some more points on the board!!!

yesterday's game was better than against blackburn last week, but again it just wasnt happening for us. the shots were there, but not hitting the back of the net! was nice to see players like Phil Neville and Tim Howard, but AJ - ahh, why? he really does have a thing for scoring against Reading thats for sure!! but the best 2 parts of the game were (i) a Joh Oster (ex-everton player) corner near me and we were all chanting his name and he looked up and gave a smile to our part of the crowd! (ii) before the game started Hunty and Doyler were warming up, when Hunty smacked the ball and Doyle missed it! the ball came flying in the direction where i sit and hit the advert boards. Next thing i know Doyle is running and bang smack in front of me on the pitch! Love every second of that and got a good picture too!!!

as for presents, i know a few of mine already and actually had one of them back in november!! (trip to Anfield to see Reading play Liverpool - fantastic, worth every penny).

Anyway im waffling again, so have a fantastic christmas everyone. hope u get what u want!!

football, doyle, hunt, christmas, oster
