If you want this PSD to work correctly you should read this:
1) Background shouldn't be very light... 
2) It will be better to do sharpen to the background.
3) Dublicate background 2 times. First layer copy will be black&white and put soft light 100% on it. Second layer copy put on the top and make exclusion ~20%.

There are one red marked layer in the psd. You can switch it off and there will be another pretty result.
