are these lyrics to suggest a contrast between this foray into the cyber and the quaint but ever so analog past? imagine the first time you held a calculator in your hand (when the most adventurous thing on screen was 80085). who would have thought of today? or, on a personal note, consider hours of entering code into the atari xe just to watch some crappy stars and stripes and hear some crappy music. it's a brave new world.

I thought I'd concealed my analog past. (Wasn't there a Ben Folds song about that?) Actually, when I first held a calculator, the adventurous entry was 7734 . Or for real thrillseeking, perhaps 710.77345
