Best Weekend
So this past weekend was the best weekend in a long time. Everything was just so random and fun, it was awesome. Thursday night I went to Waldo's with the girls from my dodgeball and had a few drinks before our game. We showed up a little tipsy and got rowdy with the other team. They were terrible cheaters and thats the only way they won. They were screaming very inappropriate things and we finally about had it and went off. That was fun, because Teri was yelling some really obnoxious stuff. Elaine and I were as well, I can't deny that....but it was fun nonetheless. Then I went hom and Shannon and I decided at about 10pm to go buy Sarah's ID from her and go to Waldo's. We got there around 10 and drank most of the night. We had such a blast! Marlene and I made up, although most of you don't know who she is, because I have never mentioned her. Let's just say that our hate (and everyone's hate) for Melonie (Sean's ex....) has brought us together. I don't like to say that I hate someone but I really don't understand how people can be like her. I don't even want to get into it. Anyway that was a lot of fun, then Friday I took an exam that I hadn't even studied for, and true to form (for that class) I got 100% on it. Holler! I wish I could be like that in all of my classes..... That afternoon the boys next door had a cookout and everyone was over there. It was nice to come home to that. Lots of people to hang out with all night! I went for a run and ran all the way down to King's Highway (maybe 4 or 5 miles?) and got a lot of thinking done. And my only conclusion is that I cannot wait for this summer. I got engaged that night, as a joke, to Nate, a friend of mine from........well I kind of know him from everywhere. It's a facebook thingy, but it's still fun to say that. We had a party that night that got way too out of control and Nate helped out a lot regulating people who went upstairs, and Jason Cosby stuck around for the whole thing, got new kegs when needed and helped clean when everyone left. What a trooper. I met a whole bunch of people that night, including Jenny! She went to high school with Nate, and just about the entire group of people that were next door all day Friday. Too many Powers Catholic people came to WMU. But they're all cool as hell so it's ok ;) Saturday Shannon and I got up and went to breakfast with Ingrid and Kat, then went home and slept all day. When I finally got up I went to take a shower and found out that someone decided to be mature and turned off our hot water and our heat. So I had to fix that and Shannon and I had to shower at her brothers. That was actually nice because they have a full bath, not just a tiny shower stall. I shaved comfortably.....it was nice. Then we headed over to the Jasons' and watched the game and hung out for a little bit. That night we went to Butash's party which was awesome. No one made it home that night, I was the first once home the next morning at 11am. Be nice, I was good, and so was everyone else 0:) That was the point of needing to do homework, though. We went to work and spent the rest of the night at the computer lab. Nate and I traded headphones and I think I broke his MP3 player, even though I only hit play. Oops.....I felt bad. But I got a lot done that night. Now it's really time to buckle down and get stuff done here for the rest of the semester. I have all summer to screw off and party and hang out, I have to make it through these next two weeks. Then it's my birthday, then MYRTLE BEACH! Ok so it was a good weekend, this was a lame update, I'm going to go for a run to enjoy the weather.
