I was summoned to list 6 songs that I am currently in love with.
1. The Postal Service-- The District Sleeps Alone Tonight (Give Up, album)
If you've ever lived somewhere you didn't like, felt like an outsider, then this is a good song to listen to.
2. Tori Amos-- Talula (Boys for Pele, album)
It's Just. Good. (/drool)
3. Bright Eyes-- June on The West Coast (Don't remember which album)
If you know me at all then you will know why I like this song. It jogs a lot of memories.
4. Modest Mouse-- Another City (The moon and Antarctica, album)
Again see reason to song number 3.
5. Tori Amos-- The Doughnut Song (Boys for Pele, album)
If you know the story behind this song, then you know my obsession with it. Relishdress knows the story.
6. Tori Amos-- The Waitress (Under the Pink, album)
It's just so passionate. I love it.
These are in no special order. I was also told to list 6 other LJ users to list their songs, it's similar to chain letters, but there was no superstition attached. I don't know that many, I can only list one.....
