Well I went to the gym today for a workout, and to help "sweat out" the sickness. I still have a cough, but I think for the most part I feel a little better. I'm tired, yet I'm in the mood to do stuff. My legs are sore though which will make it difficult to go out today, and get things done. Like my dad always said... "Walk it off!"
I have to go shopping today for a gift for my dads b-day. I don't really know what to get him. Probably something of the Broncos persuasion. He already has everything Pink Floyd, and ELP, so that is out of the question. Looks like I am going to be wondering through the mall aimlessly for a long time today. I love going to the mall, don't get me wrong, but my dad is the hardest person to shop for.
On another note, I am determined to get my neighbors to park in front of THEIR OWN HOUSE! They keep parking in front of ours, and half the yard is "desert landscaping", the other part is grass. They park in front of the desert part, and when they get out, they knock gravel right out into the street. It's pissing off everyone in the house, so I get to hear it all the time. Now I started parking where they park at every opportunity, to maybe give them a clue. It's not working so far, but I hope soon it will. I hate renters. The house next to us get's more new residents, then a crack house in South Central L.A. There is no screening process for this house either. The guy rents it to any idiot who is willing to pay the overly high rent he sets. The place is a dump! We took a look at it before the new people moved in. The carpet is super old, and dirty, the "mother in law" house in the back is falling apart. That house has not seen green grass in years, and the plumbing is jacked up too from what we heard from the people that lived there ages ago. He is much like a slum-lord. I picture the owner as Danny DeVito, in The Super. We have never actually seen the guy, but that is how I see him.
