Anyone wanna guess what I did for new years?? Nothing. Thats right, I was in bed by 9:30 and loving every minute of it. I love the people that tell me they're sorry because I didnt get to do anything for new years...a big F You to all those people because HELLO, I have a freaking one year old to chase around, so I cant go out and get completely shit faced and act like a drunken moron with you. Darn the bad luck *snaps fingers*
I have decided to quit drinking period. I have way more fun on the rare occasions that I DO get to go out, when I can actually remember it in the morning. I think at 24 the whole waking up the next day and saying "oh my god, I was SOOOOOOOO wasted last night, Let me go puke up the remaining vodka in my stomach" thing is pretty much lame. Does that mean I have to cut certain friends out of my life? Possibly. Its sad when all you have in common is going out drinking....thats when they happen to remember that you exist.
Im sure this is all sounding all woe is me, but its my resolution for this year....no more drinking for me. and no more hanging out with people that put me down for not.
