So I'm really really really hating Verizon right now. My internet has been shody the past few weeks, and now it keeps randomly slowing down after I reconnect. I should not have to shut everything down every half hour to keep up at top speed. And this is the only computer on the network as it is password protected. So grrrrr....
On the other side of the issue Netflix was AMAZINGLY helpful in trying to help me resolve the instant movie issues. The tech guy even suggested things to try and boost my connection before resorting to calling Verizon. I basically want to drive over and hug those guys (the call center is local). Maybe just give them cookies. :)
