I know several people who've had good experiences with Lexapro. Zoloft is usually what they want you to take in pregnancy because it's the one that has been studied the most and found to be least likely to harm the fetus.

Coming off the Paxil sucked ass. I am nervous about getting on something else now because of the withdrawals when you come off.
But the anxiety sucks so much too. Adulting is hard.

i would marry lexapro if i could. i have GAD and it improves my life greatly. i don't know if it's safe to take when you're trying to become pregnant/pregnant but i would inquire.
