I need to get my sleeping schedule back to "normal"
Im not a morning person im more of a night person therefore i stay up late but then i screw myself in the morning if i have to get up early :/
Once i tried staying up all night so i could sleep early the next night but then i passed out on the afternoon of the next day i was loaded with caffeine but i was too exhausted apparently and woke up at 10pm :/
So that didn't work
What would be the best way to get back on track? any suggestions??
