monthly update
i never seem to find time to update this thing. it's been a while. i've just been so freaking busy! well first of all- if you havent heard- my dance team is approved! yup thats right, sasha and i are starting a jazz dance team. we are also with girls that are doing a hip hop team. we had to combine the two to make mr. burnham happy. but it is still 2 separate groups and people can try out for either jazz or hip hop. so if anyone is interested and has dance experience try out! and tell your friends! we're looking at the week after thanksgiving for tryouts. im glad this is working out and i really hope we get far with it. im not sure what we'll be doing with it yet. we want to do basketball halftime shows, but we have to discuss that with the cheerleaders. so any cheerleaders reading this- do you know if you guys would mind sharing that time with us?
halloween was so weird this year. it didnt feel like halloween. this was the first year i didnt go out and i feel so old. i hate the fact that im growing up. i would love to be a little kid again with no worries. people keep talking to me about college and what i wanna do with my life, but i have no clue. i dont wanna have to think about all that crap. i just want to enjoy life, but that's so hard to do with all this stress and pressure that is put on us. im just so sick of school and i cant wait for winter break to come. then i'll get some time off from all of this. another thing is the first marking period is basically over now and my lowest grade is around an 85 in english. when i told my mom this she said "jennnn..." in that annoying im disappointed voice. what the hell?! im not perfect! i dont get all a's anymore like i did in middle school, but it doesnt mean i dont try! most people would absolutely love for their lowest grade to be an 85, but i get put down for it. doesnt she understand that im not perfect? alright enough complaining.
to end this with a good note- we're considering getting another dog! :) my mom thinks triscuit needs a friend yay!
