4 days left. that time will include 2 parties, 2 final exams and one concert. i am exhausted just thinking about it.
i've still got to pack my computer and my television. ugh.
i finally replaced the phone that went bad, so once again i am accessible at all times, dates and places. or not.
got the pictures back from atlantic city. bug cara for scans. :)
too busy to type meaningful shit here. all apologies.
a few things i just want to mention before i go:
- i can't believe that the dj shadow cmj coverstory took place just a few blocks from my apartment and i wasn't there to accost mr. davis.
- the spin party last week sucked. altho, the dj was pretty clued in. absolutely no strokes songs were played the whole night!
- the new neil labute play was 40 minutes too long. liev schreiber was amazing, but the way labute wrote sigourney weaver, i dunno. it pissed me off.
- yoshimi battles the pink robots is a good album. the siouxsie and the banshees greatest hits is amazing.
- i can't wait to read "the heart is deceitful above all things" because it is. :)
lastly, this is a plea for help, cos i know you all have opinions on this. can anyone give me some insight into how you would answer the following question:
"how should the american copyright system deal with the challenges of the internet and peer-to-peer networks?"
please answer in at least 800 words ;)
