Volcanic ash. I'm thinking the earthquake we had was a result of an eruption somewhere else, and very far away to cause this much ash and no sound of the eruption itself.

I've heard on one of the apartment buildings, the fifth floor crushed down and killed multiple people living there. Latimir.
