Kyo wa~~~!
Today Mom came into my room around ten this morning to wake me up to tell me there would be pancakes for breakfast...my feet finally hit the floor around 11:30am and I stumbled down the stairs to glare at my cold pancakes.
It was a day of shopping thirty miles from our new home, OF COURSE I'd be in a great, chipper, excited, super-duper-happy-go-lucky mood!
*cough*
We ended up driving to Richmond, which is a college town that well, you would think no one lives in for how dead it is, to got the the new Belk and T.J.Maxx. When we got there, both doors greeted us with empty buildings and a coming soon sign, I sighed.
We then decided to go and see a movie, Four Christmases, but had to wait nearly two hours so of course Mom drug me to thhe JC. Penny's store which has absolutely nothing in it...
As we wasted time I kept hinting to Mom that I'd like to see Twilight once again, even have her hooked on the music from the CD (Which I picked up two days ago with my Target gift card from the Martin side of the family). She said nothing...
Well, we saw FC which was freaking gross and funny as hell then decided to make it a double feature and turned right around and saw "Yes Man" right after. It was rather slow, the high points hitting high but the low points of non-action/funniness dragging it down to an almost unbareable low. As we were walking out I "jokingly" mentioned a triple feature, Twilight of course being my movie of choice. She declined thanks to an upset stomach and then told me she wouldn't mind seeing it and that we'd go tomorrow.
Yaaaaay!!!
So, my horrible day of shopping turned to a great day of movie watching and hanging out with my mother!
Now to find something to eat...
