The Richmond Legacy: New House Tour :D
Author's Note: Hello again, everyone! :D I realized that before I can post the next spare chapter, I have to show you the new house! :D And I figured I owed you something more than two boring chapters right in a row xD So, time to see the newest house! I built it forever ago, honestly, but it is definitely my favorite house that I have ever built!!! This is kind of short (20ish shots) because I didn't want to bore you, so I'll just show you the coolest parts of the place :D Ready to see??
Well, first, everybody say goodbye to the wonderful old house that produced Ruby, Jade, Carter, Oliver, Hayden, Callie, and Adria! <3
And I always think it's funny to see the floor plan of the old house... feel free to be entirely unamused, but, yeah... xD

Here's the new house! :D
Its exterior is modeled a lot after the house of generation 4 that I very sadly lost to a crash practically right after I built it :'(
This was my way of bringing it back <3 It's a little boxier, but I still love it :3
Here's the living room! (Thanks bcintron32 for the set!!! This was always my favorite couch set from TS2 <3)
THIS IS MY FAVORITE ROOM OF THE HOUSE. Just so you all know. xD The kitchen!
It gets 2 screenshots because I love it so much <3 I stole the idea for the counter around a wall from a premade EA house, actually :D
(Notice the playground through the windows, because that's the only picture of it you'll get :P)
Here is the nursery :3 There are two more cribs behind the half wall that you can't see xD
The upstairs hallway... I guess I wanted to show off the time machine, or something... eh, it's kind of interesting... lol.
Here is the art room, newly expanded to include drafting tables and sculpting stations <3

(Ruby's room looks exactly the same as it used to, so I didn't take a picture :P)
Now to my favorite part... the yard! There's a deck, as you can see, with a little lattice thing that I copied from the IRL house of one of my friends (she has the coolest house ever <3)
I put a little stage in :D
Here's the bar... Hmm, that's a lot of brick, isn't it? I might have to change that xD
The pool (I had fun with the fountains xD) and the hot tub :3

WE HAVE A GAZEBO. Hell yes.
Also here's the martial arts area... I had fun with it ;D Later I added a dragon topiary that Sydney made :D
Top down view! In a U-shape from the top-left: *going down* Kitchen, bathroom/laundry, living room, *going across* entrance/hallway, gym, extra bathroom, Sydney's room, *going up* Sydney's bathroom, nursery. And you can see the deck and such. There's a dance floor and everything xD
2nd floor! Same pattern as before: *going down* Art room, spare rooms and bathrooms which I didn't feel like decorating lol, *going across* hallway w/ inventing area, Adria's room, *going up* Adria's bathroom, Ruby's bathroom, Ruby's room. Also the deck areas enclosed by bush fences are Adria's and Ruby's personal balconies :3
