That's an entry for the livejournal...

this morning, after a lovely brunch with melissa and pam, michele and i decided that we would love to find a sunday paper and read it. all of it. so we set out.

first to the market...they always have papers. not today. we just wanted a NY times and a Philly Inquirer. but no. we continued on our journey.

at steve's cafe and mini-mart (read: skeevy corner store), they also had no papers. we did meet the infamous steve though...he is not the man behind the counter. not at all. steve told us that the rite-aid on broad street or the sunoco would have papers. so we followed his instructions. it was also here that we saw the one legged man careening down the hill in his wheelchair...but i digress.

at the rite aid, they only had the silly papers...the ones that are not real papers...just papers for people who are too lazy to read the real paper.

we braved the perils of broad street to get to the sunoco station. we walked in and there they were. piles and piles of the inquirer. no times, but i didn't care at this point. we paid and left.

this story may not seem like anything to you, but it was quite the adventure. really.

peachhead...out!
