I feel royal, sprawled out on my bed with my own private bird of prey (Katie) perched on my bed rails, readying herself to attack anyone who comes near me. This would make a good picture if I could find my damn camera.
Also, the skies just opened up to release a flood... there may be hail too the way it sounds beating against my air conditioner. Katie will protect me.
PS My sugar gliders must have rabies or something they're out during the day haha. They're also well on their way to downing an entirely full 16 oz water bottle in less than five minutes. They may be making up for the fact that last night I forgot to refill it.
PPS Watched two new movies last night-- The Jane Austen Book Club made me want to start a book club. Waitress made me laugh and also throw things at the television.
