Ah, the second week of summer is coming to a close.
This week my summer session Calculus class started. The professor has a thick Russian accent. When he talks quickly, his words become a jumble. The class started with forty students and now the class is down to thirty [after three days]. Every assignment for the session is pretty much "Chapter.Section, 1-59 odd."
Steven and I have taken to doodling and drawing to pass the time.... We do some work and reading in the book before class so we know what he's teaching (we aren't going to let ourselves fail) and we have the solution manual to the textbook, so if we get a problem wrong, we know where we went wrong.
