it is pretty freakin hot
all of a sudden it is full blown summer
we have the air conditioners in, but I was trying to hold out as long as I could
I have my ceiling fan on
but it is just damn hot in my room compared to how deliciously cool it is downstairs
we'll see how long this lasts. I'll be blasting the coldness with the rest of them soon enough
the hamster is pretty hot, which is sad that I have to make her suffer too, but she'll be ok
she's sleeping right now, with one leg hanging out of her perfectly formed circle bed that she has created
and I'm sitting here

do hamsters dream?
and if so...what do they dream about?
I wonder if she dreams about me, because sometimes I dream about her, and then I wake up and I'm like...were we just hanging out in a dream together?
I like to think we were
because I love her and she's the most awesome hamster ever...fo sho
so yesterday ellie and I went to wyo's graduation
her youngest brother was graduating, and I just thought it would be fun to see all the teachers
now that I'm an adult
so we went
it was pretty hilarious
we occupied ourselves greatly
mainly, we went to see todd zechman and michael gallagher
but they weren't even there so that was pretty freakin disappointing
but we did see...drambo! whom I looove and would totally do if he weren't so married
and then after the ceremony we snuck into the old gym with the grads and we saw a bunch of teachers there
mr. miller (art) mr. alcaro! mrs. kreps, mr. flannery
and the weird/insanely flattering thing
was that they all remembered me
and mr. alcaro even remembered that I went to millersville
because he went there and he was excited for me.
it was so nice! I really couldn't believe that my teachers would remember me...I wasn't really anything out of the ordinary. I got good grades, but not spectacular grades, and I was never outgoing..I was pretty shy and never participated in class
and yet...they remembered
