Merlin Queen of Hearts 3x10
You know, I can see all the faults. I can nitpick with the best of them. But right now...shipper glee. Floating on air. Nothing but happy happy joy joy. Something along the lines of "Morgana bad, Arwen pretty."
So the good:
Bold, in-your-face romance/relationship, this is it, LOVE.
Kissage. Long, happy, relaxed kissage. Angsty kissage. Interrupted kissage. I'm not enchanted almost kissage. Sigh.
Merlin's comment on Gwen's loveliness. Their fiendship.
Arthur willing to give up the throne for her and Gwen saying, nope, not happening.
The intense moment when Arthur grabbed Uther's arm. I was scared for moment.
Old Merlin. I want to see him again.
Kind of wish Arthur had seen Uther slap Gwen.
The seething hatred with which Merlin and Morgana look at each other.
The bad:
The smirk is back. Didn't miss the smirk at all.
Why can't Merlin blast his way out of there? And use his magic to knock any guards out of the way?
Arthur said he was under guard but he clearly was not when Old Merlin needed capturing.
Really, Gwen had to tell Merlin it was Morgana?? Really??
But overall...just awesome and wonderful and the ease Arthur has with Gwen now?? Beautiful.
The one thing I really really need to see is a declaration of love from Gwen. Really. Big powerful declaration. And if Lancelot is around when it happens, even better.
