In Jersey...

I have been having so much fun. I had to hide from my cousin because she didn't know I was here. I spent the night at my cousin Hamada's (& his wife Hebah & baby Emmaly) thursday night.. we stayed up and talked.. my cousin Mohamed was there too.. then Friday I went to Friday prayer and left with other cousin Ramy and we went to his apt. Ramy & his wife Rehan are so much fun we went to the Cheesecake factory and the mall and just had alot of fun.. Rehan and I stayed up all night talking and straightening our hair for the bridal shower for the next day.. and when Saturday finally rolled around we woke up early rushed to Rhonda's (she spent the night at Hamada & Hebah's)to start decorating and setting everything up.. Ramy, Medo, Eman and I were in charge of the baloons! We had a helium tank and blew up over 150 ivory and gold baloons.. Eman and Ramy were working on the arch, Medo and I were just working on the floating baloons with strings.. (ONE Helium tank).. Medo would blow one up tie it and hand it to me.. while he was tying Ramy was blowing.. it was so funny.. and we managed to finish in time for me to valet park all the cars on the other street so Rhonda wouldn't see 25 cars parked outside her house.. it was so nerve racking with everyone trying to get everything done but in the end.. it worked out and the bridal shower was a complete sucess!! TONS of FOOD!! TONS of DANCING! It was sooooo incredible.. I can only pray that my bridal shower (not coming to theaters for a LOOOOOONG time) will be as fun or exciting as my cousin Rhonda's.. after the bridal shower ended around 7pm all the husbands and guys came back and we all just hung around talking.. and you have to understand how big this house is. and how many rooms.. how much space.. its like a freggin hotel.. so its conciveable to think that there were over 100 people here.. I was exhausted though.. I kept going to the great room sitting with Mona, Nadar and Sharief.. (the biggest room in the house but everyone was in the kitchen and dining room b/c of the food!) Speaking of food.. I have been eating every minute since i've been here.. i must have gained a zillion pounds.. I didn't go to bed last night until 2am or 3am.. and that EARLY!! Eman, Emanny & Aunt Layla spent the night.. Eman took Ramy's old room, Emanny slept in the study down stairs, Aunt Layla slept with Eman, I took Hamada's old room and there was still room for Rhonda, Mohamed, Uncle Menam & Tunt Madiha!!! IN THEIR OWN ROOMS!! I'm wasn't kidding when I said this was a big house. that still doesn't include the lower level of the house which has a kitchen, bathroom, living room and dining room and plenty of closets and one bedroom.. THREE STORIES!!! But the bottom level is underground.. I LOVE BEING AT THIS HOUSE THOUGH!!! ESP when its a party.. WOW i've carried on for so long.. TOday is Sunday and I need to get away from the computer and spend time with my family because I'm leaving tomorrow!! :-( BUT I'LL BE BACK!!!!!

*haha I just noticed that almost every name I've mentioned must sound soooo weird to everyone.. haha.. we're egyptian.. what can i say?!
