saga of Nemo continues. We have found out that Nemo has health records. He is just a year old. He is also a pure bread Canadian Chocolate Lab. I was stunned. We were also able to get him into a rescue program. With him being a Lab, we are told that he will "move" fast. He sounds adorable. The squirts are probably due to human food - it's not good for doggies except as a small treat on a rare basis. Poor baby.

Wish we could take him in, but I am sure that someone in OK needs a chocolate lab much worse than we do. Hugs.

Nemo is such a good boy. He doesn't know how to be bad. He just knows how to be a doggie. He can't help it his previous owner didn't know how to take care of a critter. Nor could he help that "idiot gene" that his owner had.

He is really a good natured dog. He is good with our "pack". He just has not figured out the food bowl. I am certain he will eat doggie food when he gets hungry enough. I have hand fed him some dry dog food like it was a treat. He took only one piece. He will figure it out sooner or later.
