Spin class

This was sent to me through a chain email but I found it on YT to embed. So apparently if you see her spinning clockwise you're using the right side of brain and counter-clockwise the left. According to the email (not saying I buy into it) … "some people see it both ways, but most people only see it one way" ... "If you try to see it the other way and can; your IQ is above 160 which is almost genius." Again I assume that is just fluff but that’s how it was sent to me.
Edit: I did some research to find out what the deal is. The trick is to realize there is no spoon…
