Oh, yes. It's finally happened. I'm in love. And it happened by accident to boot.
There I was, still overwhelmed and depressed from losing a couple of good friends (well, one good friend and a baka hanyou), when one (the hanyou) returned to my life. Unwanted and unwelcomed. Took me a while to accept his presence again, too. So he talks me into going to a shooting range to meet his ex-roommate. I accepted.
And the Fates started laughing their pretty little heads off.
Long story short, the guy asked me out on a date (sort-of blind date, since we'd never met before that day), and I accepted. We've been together since, and officially since July.
Which has led me to this moment. The moment where I declare to the entire planet that I've fallen in love.
Ah, I can tell you're skeptical. I see the wheels turning in your head, curious reader. "How can she be sure about this? Didn't she say she was in love before?" To that, I answer with a resounding NO. Nonononono. No way in HELL does that time compare to this one.
Oh, you're still wondering? Wait, you want PROOF????? *deep sigh* Fine. I only offer a few tidbits of fact.
--Fact: 3 months, only 5 serious fights/arguments/disaggreements. Tops.
--Fact: I enjoy the time we spend together, no matter what we're up to.
--Fact: We're both willing to try out each others' hobbies-and have found stuff we like doing together.
--Fact: We both accept each other as we are--but can admit there's room for improvement on each side.
Do you need more proof? I don't worry about his friends anymore. Me, the so-called "jealous psycho bitch from Hell" doesn't worry about her man's female friends--not even before we were officially together. If THAT doesn't prove my feelings, nothing does.
But anyways. This song explains how I feel. Well, I DID like the video first (bunny with a goatee? you kidding me? *grins*), but after listening to the lyrics I realized I agreed completely.
