I'm not sure what I can do from here to convince you, but believe me, it was never my intent to harm you or anyone.

I was arrested (which I did not question or resist) and imprisoned; and have, for the past five days six days? It's hard to tell. God, it's hard to write been nothing but quiet and compliant. I have made no attempts to escape, no attempts to cause further subversion, and have in no way protested my treatment.

I apologize for the sloppiness of my handwriting, as it is difficult for me to write with my hands bound as they have been. Bindings which I have made no attempt to remove.
