Where: A tavern near the city center
The tavern had the sort of thrown-together look you couldn't duplicate even if you were trying. It had appeared just as the majiks' community had sprung up near the city center like a natural growth. There was only a very small sign outside, but anyone who wanted to know where it was only had to ask a passerby. If they'd lived in the area for more than a day, they knew about it.
Inside it was a hodge-podge of races, but the one thing most of the patrons had in common was some form of magical talent. They came here to talk about where they were from, discuss their techniques and methods... and, of course, do all the things that most people do in taverns. On nights when the demons made up a large portion of the clientele, it could have been any other bar.
Tonight, there was a very hastily-made sign in the window that read: THIS EVENING - A MAGICIANS' TRIO.
Min and Drea waited at a table near the performance area for the third performer, the demon who lived next door to Min, who was running late.
