Who: Bonnie and Damon
What: Two truths and a lie
When: Friday, March 12
Where: Bonnie's pad
The middle of the night wasn't generally the most ideal time for a bath, but at the moment, Bonnie just wanted to relax. She was sitting in the tub of water with her curls piled up on top of her head, flipping through some entries in the journal to see what other people had said about the time jumps. It wasn't until Damon arrived that Bonnie had realized that she was moving faster than most people. After every time that he left, Damon insisted that he returned within hours, and it always felt to Bonnie that he had been gone for days.
That made her nervous.
She knew just how much mischief Damon could do in a few days--or just how many women he could do in a few days. Even though this was a different Damon, not her Damon, the thought of that still made her stomach twist into a funny sort of feeling.
There were things she still hadn't told him, too. Important things. Like the fact that he had sired her. Or that she had been in love with him. The worst part was that she knew she couldn't tell him the truth, because Damon wouldn't hear the facts and feel a sense of loyalty toward her. No, Damon would probably make fun of her and then run away. And she couldn't really deal with that bullying just yet.
