Happy birthday !
Last night we snuck away to have a date night as we seem to do a lot with my sister, her boyfriend and niece. We enjoy doing things as a family, and I do love living with my niece so much, even when she's being her mischievious self...
We didn't need to sneak away, but everyone was busy when we we were leaving - except for the four year old who from her bed said "where are you going with your purse Auntie C..." - She doesn't miss anything.
Anyways it was nice to have a date night and an early birthday evening for my boyfriend turned 35 today. Although people always seem to think he is a little older as he has had salt and pepper grey hair since his early 20s... Age doesn't really matter, although I think I do like the fact that he is a few years older than I am as the other people I've dated in life have always been my same age or a little younger...
So now we're off to an afternoon movie and than dinner to enjoy and celebrate his birthday.
So here's to another year of health, love and happiness honey -
