Happy Canada Day!
Well my day has already begun to be a bit festive as my sister and niece stayed over last night and as well another friend is arriving for a pancake breakfast at 10am... My niece actually slept in until 8am so I had a few moments to myself to shower and get dressed before she got up and began her day as a busy bee :)
We're going to start the day with a movie, which has turned into a family tradition that we've been doing for the last 2 Canada Day's since it seems to rain down while we've been at Andrew Hayden Park or downtown Ottawa. Woohoooo! We're going to see Cars!
And then we may meander to Andrew Hayden or elsewhere to participate in the Canada day festivities!
I was so proud of her yesterday, she was such a great graduate. I was so glad my sister invited me to the festivities! Here's a picture of the happy graduate:
