You know, the more I think about it, the more I don't like the term "wife". I'm not against marriage by any means, and I'm generally on that path anyway, but the word (and the concept) are so loaded with negative connotations. The very word is a description relative to someone else. And I swear to God, I will explode in rage the first time I get a letter posted to "Mrs. [Husband's Full name]". And why would I want to change my last name just because I'm marrying someone else? We should both have to or neither have to. It's bullshit. And I don't like that our society denotes marriage with rings. I hate wearing rings.
/end rant.
PS:
I want this ring, though:
www.etsy.com/listing/54706432/meteorite-inlaid-in-titanium-wedding It's inlaid with meteorite.
I would make an exception for space rock.
In other news, relationship is fine, rotations are fine, I have a killer test during orientation tomorrow but there's still time, and I'm experimenting with caramel popcorn recipies, so life is pretty good.
