Week 1

So I've already failed in my goal of three times a week. I completely just gave up on going to the gym last night. My excuse for not going to the gym was I had to clean house for my cake party tonight (which isn't really necessary anymore because only like one person is coming), so I was going to compensate by doing my aerobics video at home. But then I started catching up on DVR television while I was eating dinner, and I couldn't stop. It was like an addiction. Before I knew it, it was 9 p.m., John was home and I was way behind in what I wanted to accomplish last night. I'm going to try to make up for it this weekend, but we'll see what happens.
