Ticklepurr walks in carrying a 2-gallon carafe and a plate of cookies. Her long braids have been cut off and replaced with a haircut resembling this one:
The haircut's a bit more "artsy" than the one in the photo--it's been shaved up the back and there are a few random pieces sticking out here and there. It's also bleached to an almost white blonde.
"Hey Rita," Ticklepurr says. "I brought lavender cookies and a pot full of my aunt's favorite Beautiful Women Tea."
Rita-Anne turns around, and when she sees Ticklepurr, she gives a little shriek. "You cut your hair!!!" She runs over and gives her a hug. "It's the most psychedelic, awesome, expansionestic, radical hair-cut I've ever seen!" She's grinning when she says all that, so it's obvious that she likes it.
"Hey Rita," Ticklepurr says. "I brought lavender cookies and a pot full of my aunt's favorite Beautiful Women Tea."
"O!! They smell horrible!" Rita-Anne said, still grinning, "I think I'll pass on trying them. You're welcome for taking them away."
"Go ahead, knock yourself out," Ticklepurr says as she sets down the cookies and tea carafe.
"Thanks for the compliments on the haircut. I'm still kinda getting used to it myself--but I'm more than ready for a change. Do you have any idea who else might be coming?"
"Well," Rita-Anne began, munching on a cookie, "I took your advice and bullied Big Blue into baking banana bread bore bonight... uh... for tonight. He's going to keep White Rabit from dangerous influences like lip stick. Other than them, and you, and me, and the Valkery, and FCM... my Female Country-Mate. And other than that, no one else as far as I know."
She smiles, "Not half bad for my first party here, eh?".
At this point there is a knock on the door. When it is opened there is Willy standing there, holding a very large box that seems full of food. "Food delivery!" Willy booms in his happy voice. He waits patiently to be asked inside.
Willy grins and shakes his head. "Naw I got it no problem." He winks at Rita-Anne. "So you gonna make the whole school beautiful or what?" He grins as he steps in and starts setting up the food.
Horus shows up about 8:15, doumbeck slung over one shoulder. "Whats a guy got to do to get a pedicure around this place?" His hair is shaved bald and the scruff on his chin that he calls a soul patch looks freshly trimmed.
Rita-Anne claps and directs him to a chair with warm, soapy water in a tub for people to put their feet in. "Second here, first there." She points down the room where there's other tubs with warm water, and bottles of sents to be added to the water. "Don't forget, you do things on your own and don't lift a finger with anyone else." She grins, then, in her most lady-like fassion, calls out to the group "Yo! Anyone want ta help H?"
