Arthur gazes up at the sky as he finally makes his way back to the town. Small flakes settled on his sun-tanned skin and he felt them instantly melt. A smile spilled onto his face. Being caught in the snow was at least a dozen times better than being stuck in a cave, or falling in a lake.

Kaito had been walking around Violet for quite some time now, taking note of how different the sleepy town looked now that it was covered in a white blanket of snow. Unfortunately, so much walking meant that it was rather easy to get bits of falling snow in his eyes.

Lifting one gloved hand up to wipe the flakes from his bangs, his vision was obscured long enough for him to almost run into Arthur. Thankfully, he managed to stop himself just before any collision occurred.

"Urk--" he said as he took a few steps back, smiling apologetically at the unfamiliar man, "Sorry!"

Arthur reacted, stepping back quickly, though not quickly enough to avoid a collision had Kaito not also moved. He was still getting used to the blazing white surrounding him--it was quite different from the darkness he'd been trapped in for a week. "I'm fine," he responded to the apology. "You should be careful," the prince advised, "It's easy to lose track of yourself in flurries like this."

Kaito lifted his hand and scratched the back of his head sheepishly. "It's kinda coming down thick, isn't it?" His gaze shifted upward. "I didn't know it could snow this much in Johto."

"It snows like this in Camelot's winter in bad years," Arthur explained, "and I've had to lead people back to the city in a storm." He glanced up at the falling snow. His knights would be appalled at his current attire, but it wasn't even cold the morning he'd left Violet a week ago. "It isn't like this where you're from?"

His gaze shifted downward to Arthur, one eyebrow quirked. "Not often," he said, "Though it does snow sometimes-- did you say Camelot?"

"That's where I'm from," the prince extended his hand for a shake. "Arthur Pendragon."
