It's past his bed time!

The boy wasn't sure what he wanted to do first. Sleep or eat. But he was at the restaurant with his friends and all the rest that helped fight the Unown so that decision was made for him.

Hopefully those around him still had enough energy left in them to make it contagious. He had already started on the dinner rolls, groggy eyed and slowly chewing.

After the ten day, nonstop trek to Violet and then booking it to the Ruins, Litchi was pretty exhausted herself. It had been a tremendously long couple of weeks, and once she spotted Bridget with his dinner rolls, she figured he had the right idea. A little peace and quiet sounded wonderful -- although it was relative. The rest of the table was pretty noisy still.

With a soft sigh, she sank into a chair near Bridget and gave him a small smile in greeting. "You seem a little sleepy."

He was sleepy, proven that he stared at Litchi a bit before answering.

"Ah. . .yeah. . I don't normally stay up this late." He didn't want to admit that the fight had also tired him out though that was a big part of it.

(OOC: I'm shocked Litchi isn't drinking. XD )

She chuckled quietly. "I have to admit, I'm rather tired myself. It's been quite an eventful week."

Absently running a finger along the rim of her water glass, she added, "But you know... I'm sure no one will hold it against you if you go to get some rest."

It had been a long couple of days, and they'd all fought the good fight.

That was more than enough reason for the whole lot of them to kick back, have some good food, and celebrate the victory.

Unfortunately, not everyone was there.

As the day had drawn to a close and most of the group had started to return to Violet City for some well-earned rest and relaxation, Heather had opted to stay behind despite general exhaustion to help search for the missing Kay.

She didn't intend to let them have ALL the fun without her, however, because frankly, she was still worried and sore and could use a few happy thoughts to keep the general eeriness of those whole ruins away.

So in her place, a small, hastily-constructed substitute made of a stick, a head of loose Furret hair, and a scrap of paper with this scribbled onto it:

Feeling the Heather drawing- that WAS Heather, right?- was lonely. Bridget quickly drew himself next to it.

Leader posts late, but is probably gonna declare a slowatus due to moving soon

Kamina takes his seat at the head of the table. The past few days had been quite a brawl and subsisting on the little trail-meal-things he'd been buying from the Pokémart just wasn't doing it for the appetite of a guy like him. So this is probably his nicest meal since before the invasion and with the weird floating symbols having been driven back, he was in a plentiful mood to celebrate.

Lifting his mug of... something to the air, he bellows out to his compatriots, "Oi! Dai Gurren Dan! Ya guys did great out there the past few days! It's been a helluva while since I saw something like that! I'm gonna be holdin' you guys to that standard from here on out!" He takes a swig from the mug, before addressing his team again.

"Now, I'm lookin' to book it outta here once everyone that wants one gets their badge. Who else is gonna throw down with the gym leader!?"

Kirsten wrung her hands. "We tried our best," she said. "I'm not going to fight the Gym Leader, but... hmm. What kind of town do you think the next place on our map is? Does anybody know what it's like?"

"Does it matter?" Yoko asks, sounding a bit confident. "As long as it's in the horizon, who cares what it's like?

"Besides--the adventure is more fun when you don't know what to expect!"
