i found it strange that you played the weird weeds but do not have nick hennies on your friends list. for a moment i thought they had a legitimate [impersonal] fan. but then i noticed that your co-host does have nick hennies on his friends list. so poor nick hennies. good band though.

no the podcast is mine. but the weird (ha) thing about the weird weeds is that I friended nick a while back randomly without any knowledge of his band. then pitchfork mentioned the weird weeds and like a good little 'Fork reader I got into them. it was only weeks after that, that I discovered that it was nick's band. it was all quite weird.

Lori!!! Thank you so much for the GREAT surprise package and the letter!! We've been listening to the CD lots, Lumi loves both the music and the book.:) (And She collects library books in the cute red bag!) I find everything about the book, including the idea to make a city seem a more friendly place with all its sounds, so neat. ♥ Thank you again.
