Hikari's eyes widened a bit as she wished she could buckle herself in the seat with a few more seat belts. God, this woman was completely nuts!

But she needed to get to Olivine to help out, so she was just going to have to deal with it.

Eevee was out of his pokéball at the moment, pressed up against the window letting out squeals of happiness at each time Jenny made a quick turn.

Upon a second bump in the road, Miyako just reached over to cling to Hikari's arm. This was far, far worse than her mother's driving, and she really didn't think any place could be that bad!

"Oh my god... I think she's trying to kill us!" she squeaked. "Hikari-chan, we're too young to die!"

Hikari sighed. "We're... we're not going to die, Miyako-san. We've dealt with worse before. We'll... be okay."

Yeah, good luck getting her to believe that Hikari. You didn't even seem sure about it yourself.

"But this feels a lot worse than anything in the digital world!" Whining was her specialty. And with the sharp turns and quick movements the van kept making, Miyako half wanted to glue herself to the seat just to stay put. "Does she... have to drive this fast? I don't think--no, I know it's not safe... What if someone or their pokémon falls out?! Do you think she'd turn back?"

Hikari took a deep breath. "She'd probably would. At least, if someone mentions it..."

"Yeah... yeah, I guess..." She sighed, slowly sinking into her seat. "I hope none of us fall out."

Hikari hoped so too, but she wasn't going to say that to Miyako. The last thing she needed was for the other girl to be even more worried. Sometimes Hikari, well... forgot that Miyako hadn't gone through most of everything that had happened in the Digital World.
