Happy St. Patrick's Day!
I'm bored as hell and I want to travel, to Dublin again for example. I want to do something else than school. Haha, yesterday I baked a huge amount of carrot buns (porkkanasämpylät). Two times this recipe. I had to mix the ingredients in a 10l bucket because our bowls were too small. I ended up having 6 baking trays full of buns and some of them are in the freezer now. My dad was joking that I have found a bakery.
