Yes, but engaging in undue danger could delay us further, putting Nanako-chan in greater danger. We must act quickly and expediently, but with caution, as well.

The mayor, specifically, although that would more or less place the police under his jurisdiction. And if the police officers are anything like the drones inhabiting the residential areas, they are not to be trusted.
