Beginning of Week 6 of ankle immobilization.
The new cast is light blue.
Darned ankle was hurting to the nausea point (just before the gray-out point) this afternoon when I was on my way to the doctor's. I think the doctor is getting a bit frustrated by the lack of progress. I'm not sure he believes me when I say I'm staying entirely off the ankle. I think part of the problem is that the casts end up being too loose to do me any good by the time a week has passed. They did this one quite a bit snugger, so we'll see what happens.
I'm tempted to watch through Slim in Six and see which bits I can do while sitting in a chair. Gotta start getting some kind of exercise again.
