What an interesting question! I just finished In Cold Blood by Truman Capote and started Our Mutual Friend by Charles Dickens. Next on my list is something by Anthony Trollope or George Eliot :). I would also love to read this series soon, as well!

Did you like In Cold Blood? A friend of mine told me I should read it.. I never have. I've also never read the Dickens novel you mentioned.. how was it?

I'm currently reading Snow Flower & the Secret Fan by Lisa See.. before that, I read Suite Francaise by Irene Nemirovsky. (which has a place on my list of favorites now.. VERY touching.)
