gainsville still has power...
hurricanes suck, i thought it would be fun to not have any power for a few HOURS not a few DAYS. all the food in our frig is bad and it smells....bad. it is ridiculously hot in our house becuase low and behold the ac runs on electricity which we dont have. our neigborhood looked like a warzone the night of the hurricane. me and some friends went outside after it passed and looked around with flashlights, huge trees have been blown over and have taken up a big peice of the ground with them. some people have really big trees knocked over in their front yard so that they cant use the front door. one of my friends has a tree knocked over and the ground it ripped up was where the mailbox was. the mailbox is fine excpt that its in mid air sticking straight sideways. other than that its fine
