July 1-August 15 $1125 for 6 weeks ($187.50/week)
We have a room for sublet in our lovely top-floor Inner Sunset apartment.
The room gets lots of light, is fully-furnished with a view of Golden Gate Park. It is available for 6 weeks this summer (flexible dates available if needed).

Medium sized room, newly refinished hardwood floors, 3 windows, & closet.
A bit about the rest of the apartment: We are on the second floor of an old Edwardian, shotgun-style home. There are 4 bedrooms, 1 1/2 bathrooms, and a cozy living room facing a yet-to-be loved garden. The kitchen is large and already stocked with every kind of contraption you’d need to create a feast. We have a dishwasher and a coin-operated washer and dryer just downstairs. Safe bike parking and garden access all happen at the bottom of the stairs as well. You’ll find all the Muni options you could ever need with the N-Judah a block away, and the 71-Haight and the 6-Parnassus both a couple of blocks from the front steps.

The other housemates are one yoga teacher, one UCSF med student, and one chef who all enjoy traveling and being outdoors. We compost, recycle, and all pitch in for a biweekly CSA box of produce (community supported agriculture that harvests less than a block from our house!). We all tend to bump into each other in the kitchen, sometimes sharing meals or beers and we often go to a yoga class together down the street on Sunday nights. At the same time, our lives all pull us in different directions and we do enjoy our privacy and independence. Family and friends are welcome to come stay and often do on our pullout couch in the living room. While we don’t want a fifth housemate, partners and lovers are always good company. Please be queer-friendly and green-minded.

If this sounds like a place you can see yourself living, send an email with a little information about yourself and we can schedule meetings from there. Happy house hunting!
