Back at home is still lovely!

Saw Pan's Labyrinth with Alan on Thursday. Fucking great movie. Ok, so I spent a good deal of it clutching Alan and cringing, but I still thought it was an awesome movie.

Headed down to Geelong on Friday to pick up some more things, shop for a dress to wear to the wedding (didn't find one, but instead found a cute little summer dress) and catch up with Simone. Best catch up I've had with Simone in ages. It didn't end in tears! (Although I'd had some tears while shopping with mum about the damn wedding - it's not even my own wedding and its stressing me out! But that's another story). She still wants me to do a reading for the wedding, and, omg, wants me to write a poem! SHIT! She said she had been reading through a little book of poems I'd written and she wants me to write a poem about love or friendship. I'm incredibly flattered but fucking nervous!!!

Eric's 21st on Saturday night. Few glasses of wine. Headed down Chapel. Had some more wine and shots. Alan joined. Alan and I spent the next morning going "fuzzy head?" "fuzzy head" "back to sleep?" "back to sleep". Hangovers in hot weather are extra horrible.

Hopefully getting my wisdom teeth out soon. Had a massive shock horror from my folks! You know those prudish parents that I have? I think they're starting to grow up. Or rather, let me grow up! It's great! Dad actually suggested that when I get my teeth out that I stay with Alan for a few days! Apart from the fact that I was planning on doing that anyway, I can't believe it was actually suggested by my parents. awesome.
