I totally had a rant. Uhhh. I think part of it was actually about Susan, but... oh! Right, no, I remember! That, and ALSO I was going to continue our Terri conversation, because I stand by my point about her not being evil - she's even listed on TVTropes as a subversion of the evil blond cliche, so clearly people agree with me, and anyway you were coming around - but I was taking entirely the wrong tack with it, too. Because like. We were talking about Will and Emma being bad/not and the MC patina, and I was like, "No because see these are the bad things they do" and that's completely beside the point, main characters can commit murder and still have the patina intact. My point rests entirely on the fact that Glee is insanely meta and essentially, their MC patina is a joke. But that's like... impossible to prove so idk idk.

SO BUT. You WERE coming around. And amirite? It's all the actress, innit? Like it's not that she DOES anything less evil, it's just... all her acting.

And omg she's back after this hiatus and I cannot wait, Sandy will be back too and I'm just so excited.

Sweet fucking Christ. No, you see, it cannot be your birthday, because LJ failed to inform me of this fact. So this is nonsense, sheer nonsense. Also I thought I thought you and Katia had birthdays right close to each other but then that turned out to be me being a ditz and combining you in my head and really you were like months apart, not days.

So you know, happy belated-as-always birthday.

Omfg Dollhouse, why so quality. Also this has been my week for Dollhouse people popping up; Victor was in Community and then Mom and Fruter were watching this stupid Suspect Zero movie and SUDDENLY BOYD. His voice is so completely soul-melting. And he was wearing these thick glasses and had this weird accent, like he was trying to be a nerd, I am thinking "Urkle" for some reason but am not sure what an urkle is. It was odd and a little grating. But still he was amazing.

ELIZA DUSHKU IS A QUALITY HUMAN BEING. Everything she says ever. She's just so... fun. And I'm glad you are listening to the commentary; I really have to get on that myself. I am super behind on all things Dollhouse.

Every year I spend a week explaining to people that I broke LJ so the flist doesn't know until I make a birthday post and everyone else is screwed because you can't very well put it on next year's calendar in March...
Just remember that me = spring. I do not know anything about irises, but they are flowers, so that should help, yes? Me = Iris = birthday is spring. this kills sister because for years on end they've refused to ever have the equinox on the 21st, it's always the 20th or 22nd, but that still leaves you slightly less screwed than relying on LJ

Urkle was from a TV show I don't recall the name of, and he had glasses and I think like suspenders and wore his pants very high? Or something. And he said some line that was very annoying. I don't remember what it was. Or else his voice was just very annoying. But, yes, Urkle = nerd.

Guh Dollhouse is so full of good lines, and I am all for Joss's constantly wanting to make people give rambly speeches. Now I keep wanting to use them to make Hetalia fics and such. "Everybody wants to be righteous when they can afford it." And the Briar Rose stuff...

I totally forgot until I saw it just now on my bookshelf, but I have a turtle that is carved out of a nut or something, back from when they had that cool store with cool stuff downtown by the river. I should send you a picture. Although from the shape, I wonder if maybe he is a tortoise, because he looks like if he weren't tiny you could totally ride him.
