i lost my job.
the owner pulled me into his office on thursday and said, "i just don't think you're happy here. you seem stressed. so we're giving you one weeks pay"
he added that i hadn't done anything wrong
and that my work itself was fine.
he tried to tell me that this kind of thing happened in "real jobs" all the time.
i think he forgot that i'm not one of his 16 yr old hires. i graduated college and have had "real jobs" for years, and no, that doesn't happen.
i wish i was lying even a little bit but i'm not.
ANYWAY!
that means i have some time on my hands between getting my portfolio together for college, dropping off resumes, and applying for ei.
I've been taking a few painting orders. they're all cupcakes. heh.
$10 each for a standard 4'x5' image.
