i talked to andy briefly and he said he was taking care of it with management that if it came to problems he would just go to western union to see if it was cashed, that it was his mistake and he'll fix it - i told him to get a hold of you as soon as he knew. he also said that jonathan won't be buying that house because they are fixing it up and it will be out of his price range. i asked my dad if he would buy it and he laughed. i laughed too. but then i unhinged my jaw of doom and breathed hellfire over his favorite couch. but - i still think house is the way to go. there are even some moderately priced three bedroom houses for rent and andy is still interested in the house idea. here are some i scoped out:
3bd/2bth on wilmont/22nd still a little far out from center but only $775 a month i figure give it call 906-1205 and see what its like

Brand new homes 3&4BR, 2 car gar, 1 mi to campus, all appls incl $1300 866-545-5303 - its same price for 4bdr and $325 a month aint shabby
4BR WOOD FLOORS, patio historic home, downtown $1300/mo. $800dep 622-6966 - deposit wouldnt be such a bitch split up 4 ways, but actual downtown might suck to live in personally and if wood floors are what they are using to hype it up i dunno
hell we can all pick one and call if we wanted and see, but obviously i wont be available to visit any til i get out there and by then we'll need to have a rough idea where we are going to live. ill nag on andy tonight and tell him to help you out and take you to these places when he isn't working like a chinese prostitute. that is if you are down for a house, hombre.
