The official website for the Tamayura anime franchise announced on Sunday that production on a second season has been green-lit.
The television series and earlier video series follow a girl named Fū Sawatari (voiced by Ayana Taketatsu) after she moves to Takehara, a waterside town that was her late father's childhood home in Hiroshima Prefecture near the Seto Inland Sea. The anime is the latest "healing" anime from director Junichi Sato (Pretear, Princess Tutu, Umi Monogatari ~Anata ga Ite Kureta Koto~, Aria).
